On Werop, each store is reviewed one by one and each product page states what the garment is made of, who manufactures it, and where it is shipped from. Christmas gifts: when to order
On Werop, each package is sent by the store that makes the garment, so the delivery time has two parts: the working days the store takes to prepare the order (from 1 to 10; most, 1 or 2) and transport (from 1 to 3 working days within your country; from 3 to 7 from another). Before paying, you see the estimated date for each package: at Christmas, check that it is before December 24. If a garment is made to order, its product page says so and adds the manufacturing days.
Two tips: order early what comes from another country or is made to order, and keep the return period in mind: it's 14 days from when the package arrives, so a gift bought in early December will have to be returned, if it's not right, before Christmas Eve. If the garment arrives damaged or is not what was ordered, the return is free and without that short limit: the legal guarantee lasts for years.

Yes: you have 14 days from receipt to return it without explanation, with the return label from «My orders». If you bought the gift yourself, you request the return from your account.
Can I send the gift directly to another person?
Yes. When paying, you choose or add the delivery address, which can be that of the recipient. The package is sent by the store; the invoice and notifications reach you.
Are there gift cards?
Not yet. Werop does not have gift cards or special wrapping: if a store offers it, it says so on its page.
Until when can I order for it to arrive by Christmas?
There is no single date: it depends on how many days each store takes to prepare the order (stated on its product page) and whether the garment is made to order. Before paying, you see the estimated delivery date for each package: if it is before December 24, it will arrive in time barring transport unforeseen events. December 24, 25, 31 and January 1 and 6 are not delivery days, and deadlines are counted in working days.
