What you can do from your phone
Confirm and ship orders
You see the order with the items and address, confirm it, create the shipping label with Werop's shipping account, and mark it as shipped. The buyer receives tracking.
Upload items with the camera
Take the photo from the app, artificial intelligence converts it into a catalog image (white background, 3:4) and suggests type, color, and gender; you review and publish.
Notifications you won't miss
New order, confirmation reminder, package not delivered to carrier, return requested, message from a buyer, new rating. Also in the dashboard's bell icon and by email.
The entire dashboard
Looks, coupons and sales, payments with Werop invoices, analytics, team, documentation, and support. It's the same dashboard as on the computer, not a cut-down version.
Where to get it
Android
On Google Play, as «Werop Stores». When you open it for the first time, it asks for permission for notifications; you log in with the same dashboard account (Google, Apple, or email and password). If you access the dashboard from an Android browser, a prompt will offer to install it.
iPhone
The native app has been submitted to Apple and will be available in the App Store as soon as it's approved. Until then: open seller.werop.com in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen and open Werop Stores from the icon; from there you activate notifications in «App and notifications». On iPhone, notifications only work with the installed dashboard, not from the Safari tab.
Computer
The dashboard is seller.werop.com. In Chrome and Edge, it can be installed as an application from «App and notifications», with the same desktop notifications.
Notifications, your way
In «App and notifications» you activate or deactivate notifications for each device and send a test one. Even if you turn them off, each notification remains in the dashboard's bell icon and in your email.
Frequently asked questions
Is it mandatory to use the app to sell on Werop?
No. The store dashboard (seller.werop.com) does the same from any browser, and the app is that same dashboard, with mobile notifications. The app helps you not to miss an order: each order must be confirmed within 48 hours, and the notification arrives instantly.
What does the app notify me about?
Every new order and its reminder if you haven't confirmed it yet; a package with a label that you haven't delivered to the carrier; a requested return and its reminder; messages from buyers, new ratings, support responses, documentation we request from you, and decisions about your items. Everything also remains in the dashboard's bell icon and reaches you by email.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. The app is free and adds no fees: Werop only charges its 12 % + VAT commission on each item sold.
Is there an app for iPhone?
The native app for iPhone has been submitted to Apple and will be available in the App Store as soon as it's approved. Meanwhile, on iPhone you can install the dashboard from Safari (Share → Add to Home Screen) and activate notifications from the installed app: on iPhone, notifications only work this way, not from the browser tab.
Can my team use it?
Yes. People you invite from Team (up to five, with their Google account) log into the app with that account and receive relevant order notifications. Deleting the store or changing its data remains the responsibility of the owner.
Does it work offline?
No. The app shows your store as it is on Werop and needs internet to confirm, ship, or publish. Notifications arrive even if the app is closed.
Can I delete my account from the app?
Yes: My store → Data → «Delete my account». The store stops selling immediately, pending orders to confirm are canceled without charging the buyer, and already paid orders continue their course.
