Before you start, have these to hand
A Google account
You sign in to the dashboard with Google. Use the account where you want to receive order notifications.
Photos of your garments
Photos taken with your phone are fine: the system turns them into catalogue images with a white background. Two or three per garment are enough.
Prices, sizes and stock
The retail price including VAT of each garment, the sizes available and, if you want to track it, the units per size.
Details to get paid
An identity document, your country's tax identifier and your bank account (IBAN) to connect Stripe, which is who transfers you the money from each sale.
Step by step
Create your shop
5 minutesGo to seller.werop.com/solicitar and sign in with Google. We ask for:
- Shop name: the one shoppers will see.
- Username: it forms your shop's public address,
werop.com/@username. Choose a short, recognisable one; it cannot be changed later. - Whether you are a shop or a designer: it is a catalogue filter, so people looking for designer pieces can find you.
- A short description of your brand (optional, but recommended).
- The shop's country: Spain, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria or Portugal. From any of them you sell to shoppers in those eight countries, and also in Luxembourg and Ireland.
- Your legal details, which the shopper will see: company or personal name, and the tax identifier that applies in your country (NIF in Spain, SIREN or SIRET in France, Partita IVA in Italy…). The EU VAT number is optional.
Wait for approval and complete your profile
1 working dayWe review every sign-up by hand so the marketplace can be trusted. We email you as soon as it is approved (usually the same day). You don't have to sit and wait: in the meantime, go to My shop and complete:
- Your brand's logo (shown in your shop and on your garments' pages).
- The address of the shop or workshop. It is checked against Google Maps; use the autocomplete so it is well formed.
- Your website, if you have one. We also check that it exists.
- The legal address (without it we cannot approve the shop: shoppers have the right to know who they are buying from) and, if you like, a customer service email or phone number.
Connect your Stripe account
10 minutesOnce your shop is approved, go to My shop → Payments and click Connect. Stripe guides you through creating your account, in your shop's country: identity, business and bank account. When you finish, the status will change to «Payments active».
From then on, the amount of each sale (with the 12% commission already deducted) is transferred to your bank according to Stripe's payout schedule. Do it before your first sale.
Upload your first garment
3 minutes per garmentIn Products → New product, fill in the name and the retail price, including VAT (you declare the VAT yourself; in My shop → Payments you have the table for each country). Garment type, gender, colour and description can wait: the AI suggests them from the first photo.
Then upload the photos. With each one, two things happen automatically:
- The AI recognises the garment and fills in type, colour and gender if they were empty, as well as material, pattern and style, which improve how it is found in searches.
- Within a few seconds the photo is replaced by a catalogue version: white background, garment centred and a consistent format. The original is kept.
For clothing, the dashboard also asks for the composition («97% cotton, 3% elastane») and for footwear the materials: they are mandatory and without them the garment cannot be published. What it must say and how it is written in each language is in the textile labelling guide.
Add sizes, stock and sale prices
2 minutes per garmentOpen the garment's page. Under Sizes, tick the ones available (the dashboard suggests the scale for the garment type: XS to XXL for clothing, 36 to 46 for footwear, «One size» for accessories) or add a custom one.
- If you enter the stock per size, it goes down with each sale and the size shows as sold out when it reaches zero. If you leave it empty, it sells without tracking units.
- To show a sale price, fill in Previous price: the catalogue shows the struck-through price and the discount percentage.
Publish
1 clickClick Publish. The garment becomes visible in your public shop and enters Chulair's virtual fitting room. You can unpublish it whenever you like without deleting it.
Repeat steps 4 to 6 with the rest of the catalogue: with the photos ready, an afternoon is enough for 20 or 30 garments.
When the orders arrive
Real-time notification
Each paid order appears instantly in your dashboard and you get an email. Under Orders you see which garments, sizes and shipping address.
Pack and ship
Mark the order «Processing», enter the parcel weight and download Werop's shipping label from the dashboard; drop it off at a carrier point and the shopper follows the shipment from their account. If Werop labels are not yet active in your country, you choose your carrier and register the tracking number.
Coupons and analytics
Create discount codes for your shop (percentage or amount, with expiry date and maximum uses) and check the visits to your garments, including those from Chulair.
