From Instagram to a real store, without leaving Instagram
Instagram is a showcase, not a store: it doesn't handle payments, shipping, or returns. Werop provides that. Your mobile photos are valid, product descriptions are drafted with AI, and your profile links to your Werop page.

In summary
- Export your Instagram catalog and upload it to the Werop panel: sizes, colors, photos, prices, and codes are imported all at once.
- Preview before creating anything: you see how each item looks and correct anything necessary.
- Nothing is published automatically: items enter as drafts and you publish them when you want.
- Free registration, 12 % + VAT per sale, no fee or publishing charge.
How to go from selling via messages to selling with a catalog
Instagram does not export a catalog, so items are created in Werop in one of these two ways. Manually, from the panel or the app: you upload the photos (the same ones you publish on Instagram work), the AI processes them into a studio-quality image and drafts the description; you set the price, sizes, and composition. With the Werop template: a simple CSV that you can fill with an AI assistant from a list of your items, and which is imported all at once.
Once published, your Werop page (werop.com/@tutienda) is your profile link: the buyer arrives from Instagram, chooses a size, pays by card, and the store receives the order in the app. Payment is made when you confirm, the shipping label is generated from the panel, and returns are handled by Werop. You continue publishing on Instagram as usual; what changes is that you no longer sell via messages.
Step by step
- Open your store on Werop (free registration; a person reviews it).
- Create the items from the app with your mobile photos, or import the filled Werop template.
- Review the price, sizes, stock, and composition of each listing, and publish.
- Put your Werop page link in your Instagram profile and in your stories: it's your purchase link.
What happens next
Stock: manually or by re-importing
Werop does not read your Instagram web, so stock is not automatically synchronized: update it from the panel or the app, or re-import the CSV (already imported items are updated, not duplicated).
Photos and descriptions with AI
Your web photos are downloaded and, if they are not studio quality, the AI places them on a white background and identifies their color. The description is completed based on what it sees.
Re-import without duplicating
Each item remembers where it came from: if you re-import, the existing item is updated. The EAN for each size is preserved.
We'll tell you what's missing
Composition, section, category, or color that the import could not deduce are marked in the preview: you complete them before publishing.
Frequently asked questions
«Can I continue selling via messages?»
«Yes, but each sale via messages remains outside Werop: no card payment, no shipping label, no managed returns, and no invoice. The convenient way is to reply with the link to the item on Werop.»
«Are Instagram photos suitable for the catalog?»
«Yes. The catalog rule requires a photo of the item alone as the main image; if you only have photos of it being worn, the AI creates the white background version with «Create product photo». The guide to photographing clothes explains how to do them well with your mobile.»
«Does Werop publish on my Instagram or read my profile?»
«No. Werop does not connect with Instagram: it neither publishes, nor reads your profile, nor uses your followers. You link your Werop page from your profile.»
«What if I have few items?»
«There is no minimum. Ten items with their sizes and stock make a store.»
