From WooCommerce to Werop with the product CSV or your website
Werop reads the CSV exported by WooCommerce and also your published website (the WooCommerce Store API). No plugins or WordPress access required.

In summary
- Export your WooCommerce catalog and upload it to the Werop panel: sizes, colors, photos, prices, and codes are imported at once.
- Preview before creating anything: you see how each garment looks and correct anything necessary.
- Nothing is published automatically: garments are imported as drafts and you publish them when you want.
- Free registration, 12 % + VAT per sale, no fee or charge for publishing.
Two ways: the CSV or your published website
The CSV. In WordPress, Products → Export: choose «All types» to include variations and their attributes. Upload it in the Werop panel (Catalog → Import) and review the preview.
Your published website. If your store is public, Werop reads the catalog via the Store API that WooCommerce publishes for its own store: no installation or key creation is needed. It then re-reads it every 15 minutes to zero out sold-out sizes and restock those that return.
Variable products are converted into garments with sizes and colors; a model in several colors is a single garment with a color selector and stock by size and color. The SKU or barcode of each variation is saved and, if it is a valid EAN, it goes to the product page and Google Shopping.
Step by step
- Export in WordPress (Products → Export, with all types) or copy your store's address.
- Upload the file or paste the address in the Werop panel, under Catalog → Import.
- Review the preview: sizes, colors, category, composition, and photos. Missing items are marked.
- Confirm: garments are created as drafts; photos are downloaded and processed in the background.
- Publish the ones you want.
What happens next
Stock synchronized
If your website is public, Werop reads it every 15 minutes and zeros out sizes that are sold out on it (and restocks them when they return). This prevents you from selling the same unit twice.
Photos and product pages with AI
The photos from your website are downloaded and, if they are not studio photos, the AI places them on a white background and identifies their color. The product page is completed with what it sees.
Re-import without duplicating
Each garment remembers where it came from: if you re-import, the existing one is updated. The EAN of each size is preserved.
What's missing, we'll tell you
Composition, section, category, or color that the import could not deduce are marked in the preview: you complete them before publishing.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a plugin or WooCommerce API keys?
No. Werop reads the exported CSV or your store's public Store API (the one your own website uses to display products). A write connection (keys, webhooks) is planned for when a store needs it.
Is stock synchronized?
Sold-out stock, yes: every 15 minutes Werop reads your website and zeros out sizes that are no longer in WooCommerce, and restocks them when they return. Exact quantities are managed in Werop or updated by re-importing. Sales in Werop are not yet written to WooCommerce.
My website gives an error when reading it. What should I do?
Some installations block the Store API or have the store in catalog mode. In that case, use the CSV: it works the same, except for sold-out stock synchronization.
What happens with attributes that are not size or color?
An attribute that is not size or color (for example «Logo: yes/no») does not create variants: the garment is imported as one-size-fits-all with the sum of units, and the import flags it for your review.
